Phenomenal experience! When shopping for a whole house water softener system, I called Right Connection Plumbing and reached Brandon—he took the time to explain how the system works, the installation process, and offered to come by the next day to do a free in-home inspection/consultation. Brandon is very knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. What immediately stood out to me is that Right Connection uses high-quality, industry-leading equipment by Clack, instead of the prosumer stuff you find at the big box stores that doesn't offer the same performance and longevity as the higher quality systems. As I want the best quality water softener system for my house and my family, I decided to go with the Clack-based equipment. Brandon and I also discussed a reverse osmosis system for drinking water at the kitchen sink—I decided to have this installed as well.
Brandon & Stanley scheduled the install within 48 hours and came over on a Friday morning to do the install. I asked Brandon to address a few other plumbing-related upgrades not included in our project, which he took care of while he was here. Brandon & Stanley also pointed out and fixed a few other minor issues with the plumbing at my new house and didn't upcharge me for addressing those items. To top things off and not included in the project, Brandon also flushed my hot water heater.
I'm very pleased with the prompt, high-quality, and white glove service that Right Connection Plumbing is providing to the community. Should I have any future plumbing issues, I'll definitely be calling Brandon directly.
